We foster organizational excellence by providing strategic and comprehensive human resource services to attract, develop, and sustain a diverse and talented workforce.
The Department of Community Justice's HR Unit provides progressive and comprehensive HR services in partnership with DCJ program managers to recruit and retain a qualified and diverse workforce that enhances public safety by helping the adults and youth under our supervision put an end to their criminal activities and lead productive, healthy lives.
