The Multnomah County General Fund contributes $1.2 million annually towards providing core services to domestic violence victims and children. Research shows that providing these core services reduces re-assaulting of victims, which reduces violent crime in the County. ServicePoint

Organizations that provide services to victims of domestic violence often work with homeless individuals and families. To help us better serve those clients, we use ServicePoint.

ServicePoint is a web-based information management service that allows organizations that serve the homeless to share information about the services they provide. It provides:

  • Client Tracking
  • Case Management
  • Referral Tracking
  • Client Intake and Assessment
  • A database of agencies, programs, and services

ServicePoint Training

Service Point training sessions take place quarterly. To find out when the next session will be held, call Ruth Jensen at (503) 988-6634 or email ruth.jensen@multco.us.

Sessions are generally held from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Lincoln building located at 421 SW Oak., Portland, 97204. Please arrive on time. Building security require that all participants be escorted to the training site.
