Ballots may be delivered to any Official Drop Site in Oregon until 8 p.m. on Election Day. Voters in line at 8:00 PM are eligible drop off their ballot. 24-hour ballot drop slot available to pedestrians on the north side of the building.

24-hour ballot drop sites and ballot drop sites located at Multnomah County libraries listed below are open and available beginning the day ballots are mailed. Official drop sites are available from the day ballots are mailed out (18 days prior to election day) until 8:00 PM on Election Day.   • Multnomah County Elections - 1040 SE Morrison St., Portland (Map) (drop box located on the East side of SE 11th between SE Morrison and SE Belmont and drop box located on the North side of SE Belmont between SE 10th and SE 11th) Walk/bike-up drop slot also located at the corner of SE 11th and Morrison on SE Morrison.

Official ballot drop sites located at Multnomah County Libraries

Voted ballots may be delivered to any Multnomah County library from the day ballots are mailed out (18 days prior to the election day) until 8:00 PM on Election Day. For the May 21, 2013 Election, ballots are mailed on Friday, May 3rd. An official ballot drop box is located inside each library; library hours are listed below. For 24-hour access, please use the 24-hour drop box sites listed above or the ballot/book return at Central Library (below). Libraries are closed on Mondays. However, voters may drop off ballots on the Monday before election day (Monday, May 20, 2013), from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM at all library locations except Central Library. A secure drive-up ballot/book return site is available at Central Library, on SW 11th (between Yamhill and Taylor) 24 hours a day.
