Multnomah County Employee Recognition and Awards
Do you know a Multnomah County employee who goes above and beyond to connect community members to the services they need? Have you ever received a truly superior customer service experience while doing business with the county? Have you witnessed a team of county employees successfully collaborate to achieve something great?
Multnomah County is accepting nominations until March 18th for the 2014 Multnomah County Employee Awards. Members of the public are encouraged to nominate county employees for excellence in the following areas:
- Superior Public Customer Service
- Outstanding Team Achievement
- Diversity and Cultural Competency
In honor of National Public Service Recognition Week from May 4-10, winners for each category will be presented with their award by the Board of County Commissioners at the 2014 Multnomah County Employee Awards ceremony. The ceremony will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 7 in the board room of the Multnomah Building, 501 S.E. Hawthorne Blvd., Portland.
Nomination forms in English, Spanish, Russian and Vietnamese are also available to download in Microsoft Word format. The deadline to submit nominations is Tuesday, March 18.
