Facilities and Property Management

Mission

The Facilities and Property Management Division proactively and aggressively plans, maintains, operates and manages all County owned and leased properties in a safe, accessible and effective manner.

Vision

A facility portfolio of well sited, high performance and affordable buildings that provide access and support for County services to employees, customers and the public.

Minority Owned, Women Owned and Emerging Small Businesses (MWESB), and Qualified Rehabilitation Facilities (QRF) are encouraged to bid for our upcoming projects. Formal solicitations are available on the county's Purchasing website (see Bid and Proposal Opportunities ) to maximize contracting opportunities for all vendors.

Architecture and Engineering firms will find our 2011 Standards files here.

Surplus properties for potential sale. These are usually larger pieces of land or buildings no longer of use to the county. All surplus properties require public discussion and must have Multnomah County Board of Commissioner's approval prior to sale.
