GIS technology can be utilized to create a map, perform analysis or to integrate information into a single place for all of the above. 

Any boundary can be overlaid upon the ENTGIS basemap and then utilized for reporting or analysis.  Now that we have Commissioner District boundaries we can see or report on activities or services delivered within these boundaries.
