The 4REAL (Relationship Education and Lifeskills) Program is designed to engage students and adults in the exploration of their values and beliefs about healthy relationships and sexuality.

Our programs teach students, parents and community leaders how to effectively approach important life choices and relationships, like sex and abstinence, sexually transmitted diseases, the media and the Internet, and useful communication methods.

High School

High school students work with 4REAL staff on self-assessment, communication skills, money issues, conflict resolution, sex and relationships and understanding gender.

Community & Adult

The 4REAL program for adults provides communication and parenting advice that can be utilized and taught to other parents in the community. Programs include Let’s Talk 1 & 2 and Parent-Child Connectedness, which together guide adults in communicating with their children about sex, pregnancy, adolescence, and academic performance.
