Complaints
If you have concerns about patient care and safety in the Health Department that we have not addressed, those concerns should be communicated to us. Complaints may be expressed in person, by telephone, e-mail or in writing to any Health Department staff member.
For concerns involving our primary care clinics or HIV Health Services Center that cannot be resolved through our established complaint process, you may contact the Joint Commission.
