Within our commitment to diversity in the workforce, Multnomah County Health Department supports a Diversity and Quality Team (DQT), chartered by the director to monitor the progress of the Health Department's strategies around diversity and quality. The group, made up of a cross section of employees, monitors, measures and makes recommendations on Health Department policies, programs and initiatives and supports the development of an increasingly culturally competent Health Department workforce.
