ServicePoint Upgrade

On October 31st, ServicePoint underwent a minor upgrade.  Users who enter service transactions may notice a minor change when entering their service data.  Please take a moment to review our ServicePoint Upgrade handout for more information!  It is found in our Manuals/Guides section.

Reminder: February data must be entered into ServicePoint by March 15th.  


Data quality reports are available for all Multnomah County programs.  Please run these reports regularly.  If you need to know where to find your report (or how to read it) please contact us.  The May 2013 TalkingPoint is dedicated to data clean up.

Need to request a new user account or request an account be deleted?  

Simply complete the New User Set Up or Disable form found below under User Agreement Forms and Procedures.  The form electronically fill-able and is available in both PDF and Word.
