Sustainability Film Series

Movie and a Microbrew

Periodically, Multnomah County's Office of Sustainability and the Green Team choose a sustainability issue that is important to our community, providing a platform for discussion. Films are typically followed by a panel discussion, and representatives from various related organizations are available in the lobby for further discussion.

Join your neighbors at the Multnomah County Sustainability Film Series, a documentary and lively discussion event at McMenamin's Bagdad Theater.

Films are always FREE to the public. Food and drink are available for purchase through McMenamins to enjoy during the event.

We'd like to bring up the discussion of thoughtful consumption during the holiday season, a time when gift giving is on many of our minds. The film explores the benefits of localizing consumption, not just on the environment, but also on our communities and on the stability of local economies.
